About Your Responsibilities
  • Evaluate user needs and pain points, and develop strategies to address them
  • Analyze complex issues and propose tailored solutions
  • Create detailed technical requirements for new features and functionalities
  • Assess existing functionality and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with customers, UX designers, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Conduct thorough product reviews (UAT/ QA) for software fixes and new features
  • Develop customer-facing product supporting content and release notes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management or business analysis
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise sales lifecycles and challenges
  • Strong knowledge of new product and feature development processes
