Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to manage a portfolio of SME clients across various industries. You will work alongside a high-performing team of accountants, providing high-quality bookkeeping and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end bookkeeping for a range of business clients
  • Bank reconciliations, BAS/IAS preparation and lodgement
  • Payroll processing and superannuation compliance
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Xero and MYOB file maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Client communication and relationship management
  • Working closely with the accounting team to support business advisory work
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years' experience in a bookkeeping role (preferably within public practice)
  • Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and cloud-based systems
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Confident communication and ability to liaise directly with clients
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine love for helping businesses stay on top of their numbers
