Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to meet customer requirements and improve the customer experience with respect to systems, applications, platforms, and languages.
- Identify, develop, and implement creative technical solutions by undertaking research, analysis, and testing.
- Deliver services and support in accordance with service level agreements, standards, or project requirements.
- Source, verify, and provide clear high-level technical advice to management, customers, and stakeholders on routine operational matters.
- Contribute to a culture of high performance and teamwork within the business unit and wider branch by adopting a collaborative, consultative, and cooperative approach.
You will be working as part of a small team within Support North West, covering the North West region, including the North West Regional Hospital, Mersey Community Hospital, Primary Health North West, Ambulance Services, Mental Health, and Oral Health Services.
Requirements- Appropriate qualifications in ICT or a related discipline.
- Industry-recognised certifications.
- Current Driver's Licence.
We offer a competitive salary range of $104,756 - $118,730 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation contribution. We value workforce diversity and recognise the value each person offers, shaped by their unique characteristics, background, experiences, knowledge, skills, values, and perspectives.
