We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Spirits Specialist position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and share extensive product knowledge with colleagues in-store.
* Support various in-store tasks, including customer service, inventory management, and duty management.
* Contribute to sales planning processes by sharing specialist knowledge and recommendations on product lines.

**Requirements:**

* Extensive knowledge of spirits, with a passion for continuous learning and growth of knowledge.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills to build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
* Strong product knowledge in spirits, with good knowledge of other categories (wine/beer).
* Customer service experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, sales, events, or similar role. Experience in a drinks-related role, including bar work or brand roles, would be beneficial.
