Job Title: Prv Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled security professional to oversee our protected vehicles (PRV) team's security operations and defence compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project-related security, including personnel and physical security, in line with Defence Security regulations.
  • Conduct annual site and project security risk assessments.
  • Liaise with corporate security and PRV management on security matters.
  • Promote a culture of proactive security reporting and awareness.
  • Develop and implement security procedures to safeguard classified information and controlled technology.
  • Manage visitor and access control processes, ensuring compliance with Thales and Defence Security requirements.
  • Participate in corporate governance audits and maintain security training for PRV personnel.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in business/investigations.
  • Experience working with Defence Security requirements and processes.
  • Defence Security Officer trained.
  • Knowledge of DSPF/PSPF/GOVSEC regulations.
  • Valid first aid certificate and driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and governance skills.
  • Availability to travel on an as needed basis.
