Procurement Specialist

Drive strategic category management and develop new procurement processes by leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of category strategies for asset investments and capital spend.
About the Role- Conduct analysis, forecasting and assessments to identify opportunities for value creation and cost reduction in asset investments and capital spend.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of capital spend and asset investments from source to disposal.
- Identify key strategic suppliers through thorough research and evaluation.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, from executives to engineers, to gain buy-in for sourcing initiatives.
- Significant experience in category management with a proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing effective solutions.
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
- Ability to influence at all levels and communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
