Continence Specialist

Bendigo Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Continence Clinician. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients with bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor issues.

This role will involve working within our Continence and Pelvic Floor Clinic, providing multidisciplinary assessment and management for clients with complex needs. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists.

• Provide comprehensive assessment and management of clients with bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor issues
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Conduct health promotion activities, including community and inter-professional education
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
