Job Opportunity

The Senior Clinical Research Associate will be part of a small, expanding team in Australia, working on first-in-class Oncology trials for a global Biotech company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all aspects of broader CRA duties from site feasibility/selection, site initiation, routine monitoring visits through to close-out visits and database lock.
  • Lead site identification and initiation activities in Australia.
  • Oversee all aspects of study site management to ensure high quality data resulting in consistently low query levels and good Quality Assurance reports.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in Pharmacy or any related field.
  • Min. 2+ years prior on-site monitoring experience with global trials, including early Phase Oncology trial monitoring experience.
  • Working experience with initial Australian ethics and regulatory submissions is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate to work in a small, close-knit team and contribute to best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP, good knowledge of local regulations.
  • Flexibility to travel for monitoring visits as required.
