Job Title

We are looking for a Digital Content Producer to join our team at 4BC.

This role involves working directly with on-air talent and producers to grow our online audience by creating compelling content for our website, app, and social channels.

You will also play a key role in the wider network, managing commercial digital content across four stations: 2GB, 3AW, 4BC, and 6PR.

This means collaborating with sales and marketing teams to bring sponsored content to life, from articles to social media posts, and measuring their success.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and share engaging digital content to promote live radio programs.
  • Evaluate all content for accuracy, engagement, and legal compliance.
  • Monitor analytics to understand audience behavior and inform content strategy decisions.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and content partnerships teams to create impactful commercial digital content.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • A strong grasp of social media platforms and a track record of creating compelling content.
  • Skills in using digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Brand watch, and Meta Business Suite to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in image and video editing with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • An impeccable command of the English language, including grammar and journalistic style, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and excellent organizational and time management skills.
