We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Professional to drive the development of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions for Japanese-speaking users.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing AI-enhanced features, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and agentic-based generative AI technologies. This involves:

  • Developing and refining AI-driven tools and solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conducting in-depth research across various platforms to create best-practice research examples and optimize AI functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a research-intensive or content development setting, AI-related service or product development, or professional services with a focus on analysis and content creation.
  • Full working proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken). English proficiency is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional research skills, including expertise in Boolean and other online search languages.
  • Experience in creating and refining LLM prompts and data indexes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of technical or professional terminology.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
