About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill a casual sales assistant position.

This role requires flexibility to work day / nights and weekends across a roster, with a passion for retail & customer service being essential.

A strong focus on creating memorable and empowering experiences for customers is paramount, requiring excellent communication skills, flexibility and previous retail experience will be highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create exceptional experiences for customers.
  • Utilise initiative and respond to customer needs with proactive solutions.
  • Maintain clear and upbeat communication with customers and team members.
  • Be flexible to work during the week, in the evenings and on weekends as required.
