Job Title: Night Supervisor Youth Residential Care

Your Opportunity

The Night Residential Care House Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring overnight safety plans for young people in out of home care are met. This position is responsible for providing supervision, support, coaching and mentoring to a team of Night Residential Care Workers across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage nightly operations of Residential Care homes.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to Residential Care Workers.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements for program components.
  • Oversee administration and accountability of program planning.
