Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and analytical professional to provide critical financial insights, conduct in-depth market analysis, and support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, including forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis to support business unit performance. They will also prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions, providing actionable insights to senior management.

The selected candidate will evaluate the performance of banking products and services, identifying areas for improvement and new business opportunities. Additionally, they will assist in the development of business cases and financial models for new initiatives and strategic projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and risk management, to support business objectives. They will present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

It is essential that all analysis and reporting are accurate and comply with internal policies and external regulations.

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CPA are highly valued.
  • Proven experience in a finance or banking analyst role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and banking products is necessary.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends are essential.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and business intelligence tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges are essential.
