The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Ninja Coach to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Ninja Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes for kids, teens, and adults at our purpose-built facility in Caroline Springs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging obstacle training classes for students of all ages and skill levels
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with students and parents before and after classes
- Participate in regular coaching development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and methodologies
- Assist with converting class trials into enrolled students and help promote our programs to the community
- Support our events and activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
Requirements:
- Coaching certification and current First Aid and CPR qualifications
- Working With Children's Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- A positive attitude, high energy levels, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Desirable: experience or certification in gymnastics, obstacle training, parkour, or calisthenics
