Urban Development Specialist - Graduate Opportunity

This position presents an exceptional chance for individuals with a passion for civil engineering to join our urban development team and contribute to the design and implementation of large-scale estate and subdivision projects.


About the Role

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for general civil engineering projects with a strong focus on land development, including residential, industrial, regeneration, and urban infill. This role involves working on earthwork, grading, pavement, and drainage design from concept through to detailed design, providing hands-on experience in project management and delivery.


Key Accountabilities:
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of major estate and subdivision projects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for earthwork, grading, pavement, and drainage design, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering, environmental science, planning, or business advisory, completed in 2025 or within recent years.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
