The Job Opportunity

We are seeking an outstanding individual to lead our auto glass service centre. As part of the world's leading glass specialists, we serve over 300,000 customers annually, operating 24/7 across 35 countries.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to begin or continue your career in the auto glass industry, working closely with our manager to run one of our larger service centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations at the Service Centre
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers using strong communication skills
  • Keep customers informed about delivery timelines
  • Conduct repair inspections and convert repairs to sales opportunities when applicable
  • Process job authorities and invoices through our computer system
Required Skills and Attributes
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Motor vehicle industry experience highly regarded; related industry experience (automotive) desirable but not required
  • Experience managing or leading teams in fast-paced environments
  • Confident, engaging approach with strong communication skills
  • Resilience and adaptability in complex, changing environments
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent self-organisation and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching experience
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
