Track Inspector Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Track Inspector to join our team in Kwinana and regional areas. The successful candidate will assist the Track Inspector in effective planning, organisation, communication, and leadership to ensure safe and efficient delivery of rail infrastructure inspections.
About the Role:
- Assist the Track Inspector in developing and implementing effective inspection plans, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with relevant standards.
- Ensure all work is performed in a cost-efficient and timely manner, meeting project deadlines and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with the Track Inspector to identify and record faults, documenting findings in accordance with established procedures.
About You:
- Cert II in Rail Infrastructure (mandatory)
- Unrestricted 'C' Class Driver Licence (mandatory)
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of rail infrastructure maintenance, inspection standards, systems, and processes
