**CNC Machinist Leader Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to lead a team of skilled machinists in the manufacturing of precision parts. This is a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role
  • Job Summary: The CNC Machinist will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train and mentor junior machinists in CNC operations and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Significant experience in precision CNC machining, leadership, and training.
  • Education: Qualified mechanical engineering trade or equivalent.
  • Skills:

  • CNC machine operation and programming.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Effective communication and training skills.
