Cloud Governance Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Governance Coordinator to join our team at Suncorp Group. As a key member of our Technology department, you will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and support to ensure compliance with cloud governance regulations.
About the RoleThe Cloud Governance Committee (CGC) is a governing authority that oversees Suncorp's alignment to regulatory requirements involving Cloud Arrangements across all Australian and New Zealand entities. The CGC is also responsible for managing Suncorp's Cloud Risk Profile to ensure it aligns with the Board-approved risk appetite.
In this role, you will support the CGC Enablement Lead in maintaining the pipeline of submissions, ensuring each submission meets Suncorp Architectural, Security, Risk, and Compliance Standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Support the CGC Enablement Lead with day-to-day administration activities and work collaboratively with architecture, risk, Outsourcing, Data Governance, and Security teams.
- Maintain SharePoint site, including access management and content development.
- Manage the CGC mailbox and calendar.
- Maintain the CGC Pipeline register, document, and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, including developing presentation material, documenting, and following up on actions and decisions.
- Assist with developing project artefacts using the MS Suite of applications.
- Support business stakeholders with the CGC Submission process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a multi-faceted program of work.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to drive outcomes to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with using MS Suite of applications; ability to design and develop reports, create pivot tables, etc.
- Understanding of APRA Standard CPS230/231 for Outsourcing.
- Technical background and/or project management background would be advantageous.
- Understanding of Cloud benefits.
- Suncorp experience is desirable but not mandatory.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
