Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Physiotherapist to join our team in the Sydney Parramatta Region. As a Physiotherapist - Community Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical care to clients, maximizing their functional capacity, and optimizing their health, function, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mobility assessments and develop personalized exercise therapy plans to improve clients' mobility and function.
  • Provide pain management and clinical care to clients, with a focus on achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet clients' unique needs and goals.
Requirements
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Current National Police Check and Working With Children Check.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • At least one year's experience in community-based physiotherapy or hospital setting.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license and access to a well-maintained vehicle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with aged and persons with a disability.
