Experienced Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Morning Shift Team Members in our Northlakes restaurant.

  • About the Role
  • As an Experienced Team Member, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations – bringing your skills, initiative, and customer-first mindset to every shift.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and serve our signature Greek Yiros and street food offerings
    • Demonstrate fast, friendly, and professional customer service skills
    • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
    • Assist with training and support junior staff members
    • Operate Point of Sale systems and handle cash transactions
    • Contribute to a positive team environment and help achieve store goals
    • Be adaptable and assist with tasks as needed, from prep to pack-up
  • Requirements:
    • Prior experience in a fast-food or hospitality setting is desired
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house environment
    • Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
    • Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Must be available to work morning shifts
  • Qualifications:
    • Food Safety Certificate – I'm Alert Food Safety Course (free online)
    • Working rights – passport, Birth Certificate, and visa grant for international workers
    • RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
