Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead fortnightly in-house MicrOpay payroll across multiple entities in Australia and New Zealand to ensure payroll processing is completed accurately in a timely manner.
  • Review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance of payroll processing in accordance with company policy as well as legislation of relevant countries.
  • Ensure configuration of both MicrOpay and Humanforce systems aligns with Awards.
  • Lead and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered, and its availability on a timely basis.
  • Manage and lead the Payroll function across system administration, metric reporting and analytics, system enhancements, operations and service excellence delivery.
