NACE Coatings Inspector Job Description

Integrity Management, a subsidiary of EnerMech, is a leading provider of operations, maintenance, and asset integrity solutions. We strive for excellence in various sectors, aiming to be the industry benchmark.

We are seeking an experienced NACE Coatings Inspector to join our team. This is a fixed-term role, with a minimum duration of 3 months.

The ideal candidate will reside in the region, be available to work Monday to Friday, and have the flexibility to work weekends as required.

As a NACE Inspector, your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with supervisors and crew to determine task plans.
  • Conduct surface preparation inspections.
  • Perform DFT measurements and inspections.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Maintain stock levels and record material details.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
  • File and archive documents.
  • Support and mentor crew to achieve quality outcomes within timeframe commitments.
  • Participate in OQE audits.
  • Maintain equipment and equipment registers.

You will require:

Requirements:
  • Minimum AMPP CIP Level 2 Accreditation.
  • At least 3 years' experience as an industrial painter.
  • NACE 2 qualification.
  • A proactive approach to resolving quality issues.
  • Working safely at heights.
  • Confined space entry.
  • White card.
  • National police clearance within 30 days.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
