Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Executive Assistant to the CEO & Founder who will play a crucial role in optimizing executive operations and elevating the CEO's brand presence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
