Window Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Window Fabrication Specialist to craft high-quality aluminium window frames, sashes and components in accordance with technical specifications and drawings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Craft aluminium window frames, sashes and other components according to technical specifications and drawings.
  • Measure, cut and shape aluminium profiles using various tools and machinery.
  • Assemble and join aluminium components using appropriate techniques.
  • Install hardware such as hinges handles and locks onto the fabricated window frames.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet required standards.
  • Collaborate with production team to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
  • Maintain and clean fabrication tools equipment and work area.

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Window Fabrication Specialist or similar role is essential.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication techniques including cutting shaping and joining.
  • Familiarity with various tools and machinery used in aluminium window fabrication.
  • Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during fabrication process.
