Senior Test Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Lead to lead our testing team in delivering high-quality financial services solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in functional testing while working with top talent in your field, and contributing to leadership, coaching, and mentoring opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience leading structured testing environments, covering system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Proven ability to write test cases for different phases of testing, including system testing, E2E testing, and UAT.
  • Effective creation and maintenance of test artefacts like test strategy, test plan, and test summary.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the Financial industry.
  • Familiarity with financial exchange systems and cash equity markets post-trade processes (clearing, settlement) and systems is highly desirable.
