Key Roles and Responsibilities

This role involves leading client relationships across Defence, Federal Infrastructure, and QLD Airport precincts.

You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to a five-person Brisbane team delivering on high-end contaminated land and hydrogeology projects.

  • Guide delivery teams across PSI/DSI, remediation, PFAS, and hydrogeology programs.
  • Shape local delivery approach and help align with the national offering.
  • Partner with the Program Manager and Technical Director to drive project success.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in CLM/Hydrogeology consulting, strong client communication skills, and credibility in front of Defence, Infrastructure, or mining clients.

EPA QLD Auditor status (or interest in future pathway) is highly desirable.

  • Ability to shape and deliver strategic business outcomes.
