Geelong Commercial Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Geelong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our commercial property portfolio, including lease administration, routine property inspections, accounts administration, and maintenance coordination.
You will work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure their needs are met, while also identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications- A positive and proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- A high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- IT proficiency with the ability to quickly learn complex programs.
Ideal candidates will have a Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain) and experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required.
