Overview


We are seeking a skilled Course and Careers Advisor to join our college team at Charter Diligence.



About the Role


This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity, starting as a contract role with an hourly rate of $45/Hour + Super. Should performance meet expectations, the role is set to convert to a permanent position with an annual salary of $90,000 by the end of the year.



Key Responsibilities



  • Student Recruitment: Achieve enrolment targets for on-campus and online courses. Engage with prospective students, respond within 24 hours, and provide accurate course advice.
  • Relationship Management: Build and manage partnerships with franchisees, beauty salons, schools, and industry groups to boost brand awareness.
  • Events and Marketing: Plan and manage College Open Days, support marketing campaigns, and represent Ella Baché at networking events.
  • Data and Reporting: Collect and analyse enrolment data, prepare feedback reports, and align student experiences with our educational goals.


Requirements



  • Proven Success: Proven success in sales or relationship development roles, meeting targets with ease.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with a solid understanding of the education sector.
  • Technology Proficiency: Tech-savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to learn new systems.
  • Australian PR or Citizen: Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Education (a degree is a bonus).
