**Recycling Assistant**

At Winning Group, we are committed to delivering excellence in our operations, and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recycling Assistant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sort and separate recyclable materials, including cardboard, plastic, foam, and general waste.
  • Maintain and operate machinery, reporting any issues to the Manager.
  • Coordinate the collection and disposal of waste, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Monitor and report on waste levels, ensuring timely collection and disposal.

**Requirements:**

  • LF ticket is essential for this position.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the waste management industry is preferred.
  • Strong safety focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
