We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Aged Care Worker in Alexandra Hills. As a permanent part-time employee, you will have guaranteed hours and shifts, allowing you to plan your work-life balance with ease.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance to older members of our community, ensuring their homes are safe and comfortable.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting independence and well-being.
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, enhancing the quality of life for our customers.
- Provide respite and emotional support, understanding the unique needs of each individual.
- Transport customers to appointments, ensuring they receive the care they need.
- Deliver complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, with empathy and professionalism.
- We prioritize the well-being of our customers and employees, recognizing the importance of self-care.
- Our extensive paid training programs ensure you have the skills and knowledge to excel in your role.

- Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
