About the Opportunity

The Neighbourhood Coordinator is a key role within our organisation, responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and Volunteers to deliver high-quality services to our clients. This position will facilitate the delivery of care and support services to enable our clients to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Support Workers and Volunteers to deliver quality services to clients
  • Facilitate the coordination of services to meet individual client needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their support networks
  • Oversee the delivery of care and support services to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
About You

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary or Diploma qualification in a relevant field, such as Aged Care, Health, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years' experience in supervising a team and nurturing them through change
  • Experience in the Aged Care and/or Health environment
  • Strong understanding of client needs and ability to convert these into positive service delivery outcomes
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and prioritise client needs
  • Effective budget planning and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for social change and contributing to an organisation that makes a positive impact on vulnerable members of the community
