We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Client Service organization. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering services projects to our customers, ensuring successful project outcomes while exceeding client expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results
  • Collaborating with sales to grow our services organization, generating revenue from new business and deepening relationships with existing customers
  • Providing expert guidance to junior colleagues, promoting customer-first behaviors that align with our culture and values

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in the Market Research industry, preferably between 2 to 4+ years
  • In-depth understanding of the market research delivery process, including sample management and full-service projects
  • Proven ability to provide consultative solutions to customer needs and project requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive project decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working across teams and stakeholders
