Senior Android Application Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Application Development Lead to lead our end-to-end Android application development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. This role requires technical leadership and specialist advice on solution design, driving iterative testing to ensure compliance with standards and reduce operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of high-quality, thoroughly tested, and optimized features from build to release.
  • Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and enhance Android applications, ensuring alignment with the organization's ICT/Digital strategy.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality, compliant services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership in full-cycle Android product development.
  • Deep expertise in solution architecture and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Strong track record in driving code quality, system reliability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Jetpack Compose and XML UI development.
  • Hands-on experience integrating automated code quality and security tools into build pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and modern DevOps practices.
