We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our established nursing team at Mount Private Hospital.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and person-centred care.
  • Supervise and preceptor Enrolled Nurses, graduates, AINs/PSAs, and students.
  • Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, managing own work time and personal well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects to support best practice outcomes.
About You

You will be a skilled Registered Nurse with a strong understanding of patient care in a private hospital setting.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • At least 3 years' experience working in an acute surgical/medical environment.
  • A willingness and availability to work across all shifts.
  • A commitment to providing excellent patient-centred care.
  • An ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and model Healthscope's values.
