Senior Client Advisor Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned luxury brand as a Senior Client Advisor. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in retail, preferably within the jewelry industry. They will be able to cultivate strong customer relationships and execute on pre-determined individual Annual Net Sales plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, utilizing strategic selling skills and product expertise to meet or exceed individual sales plans and clienteling targets.
  • Cultivate customers through personalized interactions and learn practices to achieve high client repeat rates.
  • Manage customer issues and complaints, embodying and inspiring the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
  • Become an active member of the store team, supporting initiatives and efforts to deliver the Tiffany Experience.
  • Support colleagues in achieving their sales plans through mentoring and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
  • Previous expert selling experience.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and CRM.
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
