About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agency Growth Manager to join our Google Customer Solutions team. As a trusted advisor and competitive seller, you will be responsible for maintaining a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow.

Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate and consult with agencies to extend relationships, increase our customer and agency base advertising investment, and deliver consistently against strategic goals on new and existing business.
  • As an ongoing trusted thought partner for executive level down to specific account teams, you will provide guidance on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.
  • You will analyze data trends and customer performance, develop strategic business plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and business presentations.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of digital marketing industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or partner management.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
  • Experience managing complex partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
