Job Description:
As the Head of Marketing and Growth, you will be responsible for driving acquisition, revenue, and market presence across all channels. You will oversee paid digital campaigns and lifecycle marketing, as well as customer insights and retail velocity. Your role will require you to work closely with our team to ensure our customers' needs and market opportunities are at the forefront of every initiative.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute our retail marketing strategy to support growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Drive performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Microsoft/Bing, affiliate, and programmatic channels.
  • Collaborate with our team on lifecycle marketing, messaging, and acquisition journey optimisation.
  • Use data, insights, and market intelligence to shape strategy and day-to-day decision-making.
  • Champion the voice of the customer – ensuring customer needs, pain points, and behaviour are embedded into everything we do.
  • Develop and deliver e-commerce campaigns that bring our proposition to life.
  • Measure and improve retail performance using analytics and experimentation.
  • Monitor the home loan market to identify customer trends and new opportunities.
  • Launch new growth initiatives to position us as Australia's go-to digital broker.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with strong proven experience in consumer marketing, ideally with a background in one of Australia's top-tier retailers, e-commerce businesses, or high-growth fintechs. You should have a proven ability to scale growth through innovative strategies, not just optimise existing channels. A commercial mindset with the ability to deliver measurable growth and manage performance budgets effectively is essential.
