About the Role- As a key player in our team, you will be at the forefront of transforming workplace safety practices and championing a proactive wellbeing culture across the organisation.
- You will work closely with business areas to offer advice and guidance on wide-ranging safety-related matters.
- Your strong communication and leadership skills will enable you to engage with stakeholders from top leadership to workers in the field.
You will leverage your influencing skills to challenge and reinforce positive behaviours, shaping decision-making processes that prioritize safety as a core value. You will maintain a safe and healthy work environment, driving continuous improvement in safety practices and contributing to a culture of wellbeing.
