Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a cohesive unit, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the dining area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication with management, staff, and guests to ensure prompt resolution of queries and issues
  • Conduct thorough opening and closing duties, including setting up equipment and supplies, cleaning areas, and securing premises
  • Monitor seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being in dining rooms
  • Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to relevant departments or contact directly for urgent matters
  • Document pertinent information and communicate it to managers/supervisors
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols, reporting incidents and accidents to management and Loss Prevention

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service
