Job Title

A highly skilled Middleware Specialist is required to play a key role in promoting IT solutions and helping customers optimize their workflow across Australia and New Zealand.

This involves providing training, supporting the installation of IT solutions, maximizing utilization, monitoring installed systems, and offering assistance with technical issues.

This specialist will be actively involved in pre- and post-sales activities for IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the growth of IT solution sales and installations in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Identify and manage key projects in collaboration with sales and service teams to promote IT connectivity solutions.
  • Provide technical IT support and troubleshoot existing installed analyzers and new projects interfacing with both IT solutions and analyzers with other information systems.
  • Analyze customers' IT infrastructure and provide required support related to the installation and operation of Radiometer's IT systems.
  • Deliver training to internal teams and external customers.
  • Monitor all IT installed systems and maintain them connected and working.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience providing technical support for systems with software and hardware components in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience with installation and technical support of Virtual Servers, Windows-based software products, and network fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of SQL management studio and SQL stored procedures.
  • Experience with HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell.
