About the Job

This is a full-time position on a 7/7, drive-in / drive-out roster with Coppabella as your base location.

  • Carry out routine and preventive maintenance across our Villages.
  • Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, including underground, storm, sanitary, and water.
  • Schedule maintenance for plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Install, repair, and maintain sinks, tubs, and toilets in accordance with building codes, installation requirements, and relevant legislation.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers for works under warranties and guarantees.
  • Deliver excellent maintenance services to guests with minimal disruption to their living environment.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours response system to support Villages 24/7, 365 days per year.
  • Maintain safe work practices to contribute to the safety culture.
