About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Area Cleaner to join our team at LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services. As a Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and other common spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and other common spaces.
  • Distribute linen and replenish amenities to floors as needed.
  • Assist room attendants with tasks and deliver guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in clean working order.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 days availability to work over a rotating roster.
  • Proven track record of room servicing and customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
