**Job Title:** Community Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team at Village Early Education Bendigo East. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced educator to take on a leadership role, mentoring and guiding early childhood professionals in their career development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager to achieve business objectives and implement centre-wide initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve centre performance and achieve excellence in education.
  • Provide support and guidance to educators to enhance their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum).
  • Managerial experience in early education.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework.
