Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering memorable experiences and providing excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests with a smile and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience before or after their thrilling zip line or exciting walk over the canopy of the rainforest.
  • Preparing and cooking food within the kitchen, making hot and cold beverages, and maintaining cleanliness of the department.
  • Providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude towards interaction with guests and upselling techniques.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess great time management skills and a strong head for health and safety. Barista experience and food handling experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential as all training is on the job.
