Key Role:
- Prepare a diverse range of dishes in line with our menu and quality standards.
Duties:
- Cook food using fresh ingredients to meet customer expectations
- Monitor food presentation, quality, and hygiene levels throughout the kitchen
- Order, receive, and store ingredients, meals, and snacks for service
- Manage stock, inventory, and supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and team members to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Develop strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and maintain a positive dining atmosphere
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven cooking skills and commercial kitchen experience
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
