Working at a supermarket means being part of a team that connects with local communities in various roles to run multiple stores across Australia.

We're seeking a Trolley Collection Team Member to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.

You will be responsible for driving a company vehicle around the carpark and local area, collecting trolleys and returning them to our in-store bays - whatever the weather. Additionally, you will work through a list of cleaning tasks throughout the store, using various equipment and products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors, team rooms, toilets, and offices. You will also clean, dust, wipe, and scrub shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a full unrestricted Australian drivers' license and a safe driving record;
  • to work both indoors and outdoors, and be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting;
  • a commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace;
  • a keen eye for detail and cleanliness;
  • a passion for working safely and adhering to safe practices;
  • the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic;
  • to be active - you'll be constantly on the go and may require moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing;
  • availability to work flexible hours across store trading days (including weekends).
