Physio Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Cessnock.

This role offers the opportunity to work across various settings and caseloads, providing high-quality care to our clients.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations and active interventions for a range of programs in the comfort of our clients' homes:
• Hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the home): Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home.
• Government Aged Care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programs): supporting our ageing population to stay well and independent at home.
• Work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor

• Community or hospital Physiotherapy experience is preferred
• Qualifications: Physiotherapy degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Valid driver's licence, insured roadworthy vehicle
