Concrete Production Trainee Opportunity at Wagners

Wagners, a leading Australian construction materials provider, has an exciting opportunity for a concrete production trainee. Based at our Toowoomba concrete batch plant, the successful candidate will be responsible for booking and allocating concrete deliveries, assisting with the batching of concrete orders, and maintaining the plant yard.

What We Offer

  • A nationally recognised qualification, Certificate III in Driving Operations, upon completion of the 12-month traineeship
  • A structured training program, combining on-the-job training with formal learning through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
  • Support and mentorship from experienced Wagners supervisors and managers
  • Permanent employment post-traineeship
  • Exposure to Wagners' concrete batch plants across Queensland

Requirements

  • Driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Reliability and a positive attitude
  • Experience in the construction industry or similar is preferred but not essential
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Candidates must reside in or around the Toowoomba suburbs
