We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Analyst to join our team at AEIOU Foundation. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting children with autism spectrum disorder to develop important life skills and reduce or eliminate maladaptive behaviour.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Individual Plans to support children to develop play, social, motor, and self-help skills.
- Provide specialist therapy support for children with autism spectrum disorder, their families, and carers.
- Work within an early learning framework to maximise cognitive and social capabilities.
- Contribute to a comprehensive education and supervisory team.
- Provide training and supervision to team members in their area of expertise.
- Completed a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis or similar.
- Hold Certified Behaviour Analyst Membership.
- Experience delivering therapy services to children with Autism.
- Understanding of the principles of behavioural interventions (including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and other complementary models of practice).
- Current Blue Card/Working with Children Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Strong remuneration package ($76k – 104k) and salary packaging provisions.
