About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Analyst to join our team at AEIOU Foundation. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting children with autism spectrum disorder to develop important life skills and reduce or eliminate maladaptive behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Individual Plans to support children to develop play, social, motor, and self-help skills.
  • Provide specialist therapy support for children with autism spectrum disorder, their families, and carers.
  • Work within an early learning framework to maximise cognitive and social capabilities.
  • Contribute to a comprehensive education and supervisory team.
  • Provide training and supervision to team members in their area of expertise.
Requirements
  • Completed a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis or similar.
  • Hold Certified Behaviour Analyst Membership.
  • Experience delivering therapy services to children with Autism.
  • Understanding of the principles of behavioural interventions (including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and other complementary models of practice).
  • Current Blue Card/Working with Children Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
